However, there are Dragon Dance and Kung Fu demonstrations.

There is a very appealing community located at the intersection of Columbia Road and 18th Street. It's called Adams Morgan and it is full of vibrant bars, storefronts and clubs. As a matter of fact, the restaurant and jazz bars are what attracts, so many visitors from other parts of town. Most residents are either students or professionals.

One thing that the city is known for is politics. The majority of politicians live in a community called Capital Hill. It is by far one of the most expensive areas for housing. There is not much parking, however there are cultural attractions and private tours in DC.

There is more to this city than crime and drugs. Many areas are being revitalized and the real estate values are rising. The eastern parts of D. C. Are still shady, however comfort can be found in places like Adams Morgan and Georgetown. Visitors should be aware that parking spaces are hard to find. Most of the residents simply catch the metro.
