There are many Eastern Washington vacations that people may want to enjoy. It doesn't really matter what it is that they enjoy doing or that they like seeing, it is likely that they'll find the right spot to play and relax in this most majestic spot in the country. From country side to cities, water ways to beautiful mountains, this part of the country is home to a lot of interesting things.

People who enjoy big cities won't be disappointed with Spokane, WA. This major city is the second largest in the state and is home to a lot of wonderful attractions. There are many terrific hotels in the area as well, including some boutique places and some on the Historic register.

Visitors can also enjoy the many different restaurants there too, including all the typical national chains. There are some family style eateries, along with some fine dining establishments where people can enjoy a nice night out on the town. There are some great places that are owned by locals and have a special or unique twist.

This part of the country is also home to some beautiful scenic areas. Those who like the idea of getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city might want to check out the majestic Lake Chelan area to rent a fishing cabin. This is the go-to spot for many people in the state when they are looking for a beautiful vacation spot and place to take advantage of some water sports.

Winthrop is an out of the way place that is on my vacationers list when they are looking for Washington cabin rentals. The town has a distinctly rustic feel with wooden sidewalks and many old, original buildings that have been restored to their former glory. The area has a cowboy theme which is reflected in almost every building in the downtown area, as well as in the shops and restaurants.

Leavenworth is another hot spot on most local's getaway list. This town is a tourist's dream, as it is made-up entirely of Bavarian styled buildings with German themed restaurants, hotels and shops. They have an incredible light show each winter when the entire town dresses itself up in lights and glitz to celebrate Christmas.

There are some great Eastern Washington vacation areas no matter what the visitor is searching for. There are some major metro cities that are full of historically relevant sites and some amazing fine dining places. There are some themed tourist trap towns and some breathtaking natural sites that create some pretty amazing getaways.
