This is not just to keep hydrated, rather so that you will have to get up on your feet to relieve yourself. Like this, you shall have to get up and walk around, even if it just a short way, but it will help with the circulation in your legs.

While travelling, try to snack frequently on granola bars, or whole wheat snacks. Sitting a lot during pregnancy can have an effect on the digestive system and one is advised to keep this system on the go, even while you are travelling. Just try not to over snack on foods that are not good for you.

One should make sure that there is a reliable medical back up at your destination place. Even though you may feel well when you get there, you may just want your blood pressure taken, to check that all is in order. Should you feel that there is anything unusual, you must seek professional attention without delay.
