University Of Miami Brings Home Another Award

University Of Miami Brings Home Another Award

by Jason Larrsohn

Every industry has its own "awards show." The Grammys are the big show honoring the best in music. From record to the best children's album of the year, the Grammys honor the best in music everywhere. It's the same for the Oscar's.

Keeping exercise in their daily rituals helps them stay fit and healthy for a long-life. Imagine how much better life would be here in America if that part of Japan's culture were to be reflected.

For years people have been encouraged to consider a similar lifestyle in America. Bike lanes have been created to provide a safe lane for riding.

Truck campers help people to find a balance between the outdoor experience and keeping comforts that need to be had and appreciated. In this context, camping gear fills a role that helps people to maintain a good balance and have a good time.

Pollutants from excess vehicle use would reduce significantly, clearing up the smoggy air and helping preserve the precious earth. Change is coming hard though, even with the possibility of health insurance benefits, a cleaner environment, and bike lanes.

The Telly Awards are one of the most sought after awards in the industry. Over 11,000 entries poured into the Telly's inbox this year from all 50 states.

The University of Miami moved up through all the competition and won a bronze award. According to the Telly Awards website, awards start at the silver level.

The University of Miami recently installed a great new incentive to their campus to hopefully push a biking community forward. Near the University Center Rock, the university installed a standing self-service bicycle repair station.

Students sporting University of Miami apparel can be found maintaining their bikes from this convenient station from time to time. The station is a long, sturdy pole sticking straight up from the ground and extending in two perpendicular prongs that suspend a bike in the air by its seat.

As such, the materials that are sought out should all be lightweight in nature, because it allows for greater comfort and safer packing. When hiking, prioritizing the weight and distribution of materials is very important.

These tools include screwdrivers, wrenches, Allen wrenches, and an air pump. All you have to do is drop by, lift your bike into the prongs, and get to work.

You too can take part in building champions by donating to their cause. Their masterful storytelling through the commercial not only gathered them their needed support, but it also awarded them much more attention due to their winning of a Telly.

Winning awards at the Tellys seems to becoming a habit of the University of Miami. At the 33rd awards ceremony, they walked away with two bronze awards for their work on "Raising Canes."

If it did, the lives of these future professionals could be changed forever. If their future jobs were within riding distance, they might choose a bike to a car most days out of the year every year for the rest of their working careers.

When an entire generation jumps on this bandwagon, it means a cleaner, better fit America. Everyone could benefit from that.
