Seattle, Washington is one of the most unique and distinguished cities in the United States. With all sorts of comforts,, tourist sights and opportunities, the community of Seattle has lots to offer to many of us. The town of Seattle is amongst the most well liked holidaymaker spots and is also among the best places to live. Like lots of other cities, the city of Seattle has many tourist attractions and landmarks that appeal to visitors. One of the most intriguing landmarks in the town are the monuments in Seattle. The monuments in Seattle offer fascinating views for travelers when visiting in Seattle. The varied Seattle monuments allow visitors to get a very lasting impression of the town.

Smith Tower Observation Deck

This monument is located on Seattle's Second Avenue and was constructed in 1914. Smith Tower is commonly known as Seattle's fave building among both residents and tourists. With the Smith Tower folk will be well placed to get great perspectives of Seattle's mountain, downtown and waterfront areas. One of the clear features of the Smith Tower is that it's one of the naiton's tallest buildings and the tallest building in the U. S. outside of NY City. Going to the Smith Tower is well worth the trip.

The Space Needle

This is proving to be one of the nation's most noted and distinguished building structures and monuments. It is located on Broad Street and was built in 1962 for the World Fair. This monument is among the most unique and appealing worldwide. Folk can take a lift when entering the monument and go up to 525 feet in only 41 seconds. When they get to the top they'll be able to get to the observation platform and see for many miles. The views offered to tourists are the Pudget Sound, Lake Union, Elliot Bay and the total downtown of Seattle. Visiting the Space Needle, patrons who enter the structure may be able to use complimentary Swarovski Telescopes that provide magnified views of the city of Seattle and its environment. This monument also has a restaurant named Sky City and a section that shows historic facts about Seattle.

Boeing Factory

This monument is the home base and production center for the famous Boeing Airplanes Co. When visiting the factory folks can go on tours and view the 747, 767, and 777 Boeing planes at their varied steps in production. The building is amongst the largest worldwide. With the Boeing factory, folk will be satisfied to have access to one of the interesting monuments in Seattle.

Visiting Seattle is sure to be a very pleasurable experience for many of us. The city of Seattle offers many things worth doing and places to see. One of the finest types of places to see in Seatttle are the monuments. The monuments offer visitors a chance to see some of the most famous monuments in not simply the United States, but in the world.
