Like many of this island's counterparts there is a rich history to the island. Visitors have included the Carib Indians and Columbus. The initial foreign settlers were the British and the Dutch, along with a few French. With the aid of sugar this island soon rose to prominence as one of the richest in the Caribbean. Even today tourists can explore the remnants of a grand plantation, another option is the old capital town of Christiansted.

The only thing that is missing is you. The food is wonderful, and as part of the US Virgin Islands there is not a problem with the language.
