A manager should have an excellent communication skills, since you will handle a team. It is necessary to be a good team player and be excellent in managing finances. And the most essential attribute that you must posses is to have a great sense of leadership. Leadership is essentially needed in an industry like this because you will be dealing with various people with various attitudes. You need to handle them well.
