The best thing about a bargain holiday in Spain, is that no matter where you go, you're never too far from a typical English pub packed with fellow Brits. Here's a round up of the best places to go if you're missing the homeland.

Ann's Beach Bar in La Pineda is ideally situated on the seafront for those going to Costa Dorada, where you can enjoy the beautiful Spanish panoramas whilst tucking into a British meal. Sandwiches, jacket potatoes and homemade beef burgers are just a few of the meals on offer. The bar also supplies packed lunches and cakes for any occasion. If you want to catch the English football or rugby, Ann's Beach Bar offers Sky Sports on a sixty-inch screen.

Costa Del Sol in southern Spain is probably most famous for the towns of Torremolinos, and Marbella where the rich and famous come to party and unwind. The region is home to many British expatriates and other English-speaking nationalities, and offers a range of English radio stations for you to discover what's happening in the area.

In the Malaga province, there are many English, Scottish and Irish establishments. As with many British pubs in the Costa regions, they show live big screen sporting events and UK television. Moonraker's in Torremolinos offers home cooked Sunday lunches, and an array of British puddings, including trifles, crumbles and lemon meringue pie.

The Vincent's Group, found in Benidorm, is a collection of nine English bars and restaurants, with something for everyone. Buddies British Bar serves quintessentially English drinks including Bulmer's Cider and John Smith's, and offers a range of entertainment including karaoke, pool and darts. Wherever you end up, you're never that far away from Britain, and perhaps you'll meet some new people to hang out with once you're back in Britain.
