Many engineering and enterprising executives pondered a design and build of a vehicle that would cater to the government and high level business class. The old conversion vans were used to give a personal high end touch inside, while transporting a large amount of people. The first reason is the market is not large enough to design, build, and budget for a specialty program. The next reason the van will not come back is the high end transportation market. There are nobody to cater to with a large vehicle for high end content like this on a vehicle considered for commercial use. To bring a large rolling structure like to the road, engineers would be troubled to get any fuel efficiency out of it. Due to the size and girth, the only reason for this is a super large family, or commercial. The weight alone makes it difficult for the average person at the fuel pump with this kind of vehicle.
